| Sarah Lynn Mathews, a graduate of the University of Utah Law
School, joined the firm in September of 2005. Prior to joining the firm she
was a solo practitioner concentrating in family law and appellate work. Her
practice is devoted primarily to
bankruptcy law and is an essential part of our appellate law practice.
Ms. Mathews has represented many debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy
cases. Ms. Mathews has proven to be such an essential part of Stephen M Enderton Legal
Services, LLC that she was made a partner and now is the managing attorney. The firm
name was changed to Enderton and Mathews, LLC in recognition of how
essential Ms. Mathews is to the success of the firm.

Ms. Mathews is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy
Attorneys and serves as the Utah State Co-Chair. Ms. Mathews has worked on
many appeals guiding them through the research and writing phase. Ms. Mathews
played an essential role the successful bankruptcy appeal of
Miller v. J. Vincent
Cameron, 32; 32;
383 B.R. 767 (10th.BAP).
Ms. Mathews is an active participant in our community serving on the Board of Trustees for the
Utah Legal Services for the Salt Lake Community College. She was also a contributor to the
2002 Utah Domestic Law
Manual.
